... after all, I'm a Vancouver Canucks fan. However, as I'm also a New York Yankees fan, I'm quite happy about the outcome of the five-game series.

I can't believe you mentioned both the Canucks and the Yankees in the same post. I was raised in New England (Sox) and am a Colorado boy now (Avalanche.) This post gave me a serious case of the willies :-) In truth I'm a Rockies fan and don't believe those junior circuit teams actually play baseball, they just take batting practice for 9 innings. I'm with Crash Davis; "I believe there should be a Constitutional amendment banning Astroturf and the Designated Hitter."
